| We will not re-sell your personal information. We may share
your personal information with third party identity verification
vendors in order to positively identify you per state requirements. We
may also share your personal information with government agencies for
law enforcement, audit and mandatory reporting purposes. |
| Notifications |
| We use SMS (text) and Email notifications to inform you of
important information about your course status and any urgent course
requirements that need to be met. With SMS notifications message and data
rates may apply. You can opt-out of SMS notificaitons by logging into you
account and clicking the 'My Account' button towards the top of the page. From
there, scroll down to Notification Preferences and click 'Turn SMS Notificaitons OFF'.

| Course Requirements |
| If an exam or quiz is failed, you must repeat the training associated with
the exam before you can re-attempt the exam or quiz. This may include the page
that preceeded the quiz or the section that preceeded the exam. There is no charge
to repeat any exam, quiz or associated content. TREC Legal Update I & II courses
and Broker Responsibility require students to post replied to discussion questions in order to
receive credit for each course. |
| Warranties |
| Though we place high importance on customer satisfaction, no warranties of any kind are expressed or implied for this service. |
| Refunds |
| We offer a 100% money back guarantee for course fees if no courses have been completed, including individual courses within a course package, and
the request is made within 90 days of the course enrolment date.

| Data Loss |
| Student data loss is rare, but can happen. We cannot be held
liable for any data lost, whether at fault or not. Data loss includes,
but is not limited to, student progress, completed sections, test
scores, student status, student information, etc. |
| Indemnification |
| User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Real Course, Inc.,
PRO EDU, LLC, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and
representatives from and against any losses, costs, damages, and
expenses resulting from the use of this course, website and Learning
Management System. |
